Ravioli with Peaches and Ricotta

Ingredienti
Per 4 persone
Nectar of Joy Ravioli
100g fresh butter
10g finely chopped fresh rosemary
100ml white wine
50g chopped sticks
Prep
Cooking Ravioli
Boiling water in a large saucepan with salt. Add the fresh Nectar of Joy ravioli from Pasta Livia for about 3-4 minutes, until they rise to the surface.
After they are cooked, use a spatula to carefully remove them from the water and place them in a deep plate.
Preparation of the sauce
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the rosemary and let it fry for 1-2 minutes to release the aromas.
Add the white wine and let it boil for a few minutes until it is reduced by half. This will improve the taste of the sauce and remove the alcohol.
After the wine has reduced, add the chopped sticks and mix well. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper as needed. Let the sauce simmer for a few seconds, then remove from heat.
Serviere
Put the cooked ravioli on the plate, add the prepared sauce on top and decorate with a few chopped sticks and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy to the fullest!
