Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed exclusively via WhatsApp or email. Customers can view our product selection on the website but must reach out directly to place an order.
  • Payments are made upon delivery. We do not process online payments at this time.

Product Quality & Refund Policy

  • Once an order has been placed, Pasta Livia guarantees the highest quality of all its products.
  • Due to the nature of fresh food production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Storage & Delivery Conditions

  • All fresh pasta is stored at a temperature of -18°C and remains safe for up to 90 days.
  • We use only the best ingredients to ensure top-quality products.
  • All deliveries are scheduled in advance and must be completed within the agreed timeframe.

User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Any incorrect details provided that result in delivery issues will be the customer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Pasta Livia website (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and branding elements) is the intellectual property of Pasta Livia.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
