About Pasta Livia

Pasta Livia is a manufacturer of fresh pasta products , supplying high-quality pasta to restaurants, businesses and individual customers. While we offer delivery services, our main focus remains pasta production. Furthermore, we are expanding our sales through our website.

Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed exclusively via WhatsApp or email . Customers can view the product selection on the website, but must contact us directly to place an order.
  • Payments are made upon delivery . Currently, we do not offer online payment options.

Product Quality & Return Policy

  • After placing an order, Pasta Livia guarantees the highest quality of all its products.
  • Due to the nature of fresh food products, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Storage & Delivery Conditions

  • All fresh pastries are stored at a temperature of -18°C and remain safe for consumption for up to 90 days .
  • We use only the best ingredients to ensure high quality products.
  • All deliveries are scheduled in advance and must be completed within the agreed deadline .

User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Any incorrect information resulting in delivery problems is the responsibility of the customer.

Intellectual Property

  • All content of the Pasta Livia website (including, but not limited to, text, images, videos and brand elements) is the intellectual property of Pasta Livia .
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Legal Compliance

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Albanian law .
  • Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be handled in accordance with the legal regulations of Albania.
