Can I get some paste to try?

Yes, Pasta Livia sends you a list of the products we have available and the corresponding prices.
If you or the restaurant are familiar with our products, we send you a box with samples of the types you want.

We also prepare boxes with samples of all the types of pasta we produce, offered free of charge, to be tested on the restaurant menu and to decide which types you prefer.

How can I store pasta, what are the ideal conditions?

Plain pasta is stored at -18 °C for 90 days.
Filled pasta is stored at -18 °C for 180 days.

*Caution: if the product has thawed, it cannot be reheated, but must be cooked immediately. Since such an action destroys the structure and quality of the pasta.

Do you send orders outside Tirana? What about outside the country?

We send orders to different cities in the country, on certain days.
Each city has its own day for shipping pasta.

We do not export abroad yet.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum order quantity is 4-5 kg ​​depending on the type of product.
We have pasta boxes with fixed quantities of products.

If you want products that we do not currently have online and need to produce them specifically for you or your restaurant, then the minimum quantity starts from 10-20 kg.

How many days will it take for the product to arrive at the restaurant after the day the order is placed?

The arrival time is 1 or 2 days if the restaurant is located in Tirana or Durrës.

If the restaurant is located in remote cities (North or South), the pasta will be delivered on specific delivery days in each city.

Also, the arrival time may be affected by the time needed to prepare the pasta. Plain pasta has a shorter preparation time, while the preparation of filled pasta depends on the preparation time of the sauce with which it is filled.

*Tip: Complete the order at least 2 or 3 days before the date you want the pasta to arrive at the destination.
